Links with Outside Agencies

St Paul's works in a collaborative partnership with many different agencies. This means that a supportive plan (My Plan/My Plan+/EHC) can be developed to meet your child’s needs both in and out of school.

We hold meetings at least three times yearly to monitor the plan and make changes, when necessary, to the plan. Parents and and children also contribute to the plan and reviews so that the opinion of the child are central.

For My Plan+ and EHC plans, other agencies will be involved in contributing to the content of the plan.  The advice and recommendations from professionals such as the Communication and Interaction team, Speech and Language therapists and Educational Psychologists is imperative in making sure that provision is planned for appropriately.

From time to time, we may also use the Common Assessment Form (CAF) to record information you provide about your child, this will provide a baseline to develop a multi-agency planned approach to addressing the SEND of your child.

Listed below are some of the outside agencies with whom we work collaboratively:

Gloucestershire Special Educational Needs Team

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)

Advisory Teaching Service

Educational Psychologists (EPs)

Speech and Language Therapy

GFAPS (Gloucester and Forest Alternative Provision School)
